Banking business reported positive segment profit, while Wealth Management and Institutional Equities delivered strong growth, with profits rising 610% and 400% respectively. Unity Small Finance Bank posted a PAT of ₹60.22 Cr. The company approved raising up to ₹1,000 Cr through debt or equity, appointed three new directors including two independents, and appointed a new secretarial auditor for five years.
