Shipping Corporation Of India Limited — Board Meeting, 16-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Shipping Corporation of India has announced a board meeting approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. Net profit jumped to ₹843.58 Cr from ₹678.97 Cr, powered by strong Tanker segment performance. Revenue increased to ₹5,605.83 Cr versus ₹5,046.53 Cr last year. The board has proposed a dividend of ₹6.59 per share, pending shareholder approval. Additionally, J N Gupta & Co. LLP will serve as internal auditors for the next two years starting April 1, 2025.
