Shipping Corporation Of India Limited — Board Meeting, 16-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd has announced a board meeting on which it approved consolidated financial results showing revenue of Rs. 5800 Cr and a profit before tax of Rs. 851.8 Cr, up significantly from last year’s Rs. 645.3 Cr. Net profit jumped to Rs. 843.6 Cr, led by strong growth in the tanker segment. The Board proposed a dividend of Rs. 6.59 per share, implying a payout of about Rs. 307 Cr. J N Gupta & Co LLP will serve as internal auditors for two years starting FY26. Strategic disinvestment efforts are ongoing.
