The Shipping Corporation of India has announced a board meeting on which it approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue climbed to ₹5,800 Cr with a profit after tax of ₹843.58 Cr, up from ₹679 Cr last year. EPS came in at ₹18.11. The Board proposed a dividend of ₹6.59 per share, subject to shareholder approval. J N Gupta & Co. LLP has been appointed as internal auditors for two years starting FY26, with a possible one-year extension. The company is progressing with its strategic disinvestment plans.
