Galaxy Surfactants Limited — Board Meeting, 16-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Galaxy Surfactants has announced a board meeting on May 16, 2025, approving consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue rose to ₹4,223.67 Cr from ₹3,794.38 Cr, while profit after tax inched up to ₹304.91 Cr. EPS stood at ₹86. The board proposed a final dividend of ₹4 per share. S. N. Ananthasubramanian & Co. will serve as Secretarial Auditor for five years starting FY 2025-26. The 39th AGM is set for August 12, 2025.
