Galaxy Surfactants Limited — Board Meeting, 16-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Galaxy Surfactants has announced a board meeting on May 16, 2025, approving consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue rose to ₹4,224 Cr from ₹3,794 Cr, with PAT inching up to ₹305 Cr versus ₹301.5 Cr last year. EPS stood at ₹86. The board declared a final dividend of ₹4 per share, adding to the ₹18 interim dividend already paid. It also appointed S.N. Ananthasubramanian & Co as secretarial auditor for five years and set the 39th AGM for August 12, 2025. No provision was made for a disputed land asset valued at ₹74 Cr, awaiting legal resolution.
