Revenue surged to ₹392.7 Cr, with PAT rising to ₹20.71 Cr, up from ₹223.1 Cr and ₹12.21 Cr last year, respectively. EPS stood at ₹9.16. Sameeer Akshay Pakvasa steps in as CEO, and Karan Doshi takes over as CFO, replacing Archana Desai. Krah & Associates will continue as internal auditors for FY26. The company mainly used its IPO funds for debt reduction and working capital.
