Eleganz Interiors Limited has announced a board meeting to approve its audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year, reporting revenue of Rs. 392.71 Cr and PAT of Rs. 20.71 Cr for the year ended March 31, 2025, with EPS at Rs. 9.16. Sameeer Akshay Pakvasa and Karan Doshi were appointed CEO and CFO for five years, respectively, replacing Archana Desai who resigned as CFO. The board re-appointed M/s Krah & Associates as internal auditors for FY26. The company raised Rs. 78 Cr via an SME IPO, mainly used for debt repayment and working capital.
