HRH Next Services Limited has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the half-year and financial year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue grew to ₹75.31 Cr with a net profit of ₹3.26 Cr. Share capital increased to ₹13.2 Cr following a preferential allotment of nearly 40 lakh shares at a ₹30 premium each. The company is advancing its in-house HR system to enhance recruitment and employee management and granted 5.98 million employee stock options under its ESOP plan.
