Zodiac Energy Limited — Board Meeting, 16-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Zodiac Energy has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue jumped to Rs. 407.78 Cr from Rs. 220.06 Cr a year ago, while PAT nearly doubled to Rs. 19.97 Cr. EPS came in at Rs. 13.38. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 0.75 per share (7.5% of face value), subject to shareholder approval. No new funding or operational changes were announced.
