KJMC Corporate Advisors (India) Ltd — Updates, 16-05-2025: Company Update

KIMC Corporate Advisors has announced a board meeting on May 16, 2025, where it approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025, including audited standalone and consolidated figures with an unmodified auditor’s opinion. Standalone net profit stood at Rs. 75.63 lakh, down from Rs. 158.41 lakh the previous year, while consolidated net profit was Rs. 1.05 Cr compared to Rs. 2.30 Cr last year. The board reappointed M/s L K J & Associates LLP as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26 and appointed Mr. Neeraj Yadav as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. Audit and Stakeholders Relationship Committees were also reconstituted.
