Tera Software Limited — Board Meeting, 16-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Tera Software has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 2025, with auditors issuing a clean report. The board re-appointed Darapaneni & Company as internal auditors and proposed M/s RPR & Associates as secretarial auditors for five years, pending shareholder approval. A new management committee replaces the borrowing committee. Tera Software will acquire the remaining 26% stake in its subsidiary TS Innovations Private Limited for Rs. 26,000, moving to full ownership to boost IT project expansion with BSNL.
