Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers Ltd. reported a 15% revenue increase to ₹219 Cr in Q4 FY25, led by 18.5% growth in Chemicals and 10.6% in Fertilisers. PAT rose 27% to ₹16.5 Cr, aided by margin improvement and a 5.2% rise in Fertiliser volumes. The company expanded renewable capacity to 9 MW_DC with a new 3.8 MW_DC solar plant and is advancing Unit 6 expansion and a 10 MW_DC solar project in Nanded. Completed ₹202 Cr capex funded by internal accruals, focusing on integration and sustainable growth.
