TERA SOFTWARE LIMITED has announced a board meeting approving the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, with clean audit reports. The company reappointed M/s. Darapaneni & Company as Internal Auditors for FY26 and plans to appoint M/s. RPR & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, pending shareholder approval. The Board dissolved the Borrowing Committee and set up a Management Committee. It also approved acquiring the remaining 26% stake in its subsidiary TS Innovations Pvt Ltd for Rs. 26,000 to gain full ownership, supporting new projects with BSNL.
