Systematix Group has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 139.39 Cr for the year, nearly flat compared to the previous year. However, consolidated profit after tax rose to Rs. 45.71 Cr from Rs. 53.21 Cr last year. On a standalone basis, revenue increased to Rs. 68.20 Cr from Rs. 55.76 Cr, and profit after tax grew to Rs. 23.61 Cr from Rs. 21.89 Cr. The company also completed a share subdivision and issued 67.35 lakh equity shares to non-promoters at a premium of Rs. 152.10 per share.
