Divi's Laboratories Limited — Board Meeting, 17-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Divi's Laboratories has announced a board meeting on May 17, 2025, approving its audited consolidated and standalone financial results for FY24-25. Consolidated revenue rose to ₹9,712 Cr from ₹8,184 Cr, with PAT jumping to ₹2,191 Cr versus ₹1,600 Cr. Standalone PAT was ₹2,209 Cr on ₹9,550 Cr revenue. The new Unit III greenfield plant at Kakinada began commercial operations this quarter, with ₹1,118 Cr capitalized during the year. The board proposed a final dividend of ₹30 per share (1500%). CFO L. Kishore Babu will retire Aug 1, succeeded by Venkatesa Pasumarthy.
