GMR AIRPORTS LIMITED — Important, 17-05-2025: Sale or disposal

GMR Airports’ subsidiary, Delhi International Airport Limited, has sold its 50% stake in Delhi Aviation Services Private Limited (DASPL) to Bird Flight Services (India) Private Limited for about INR 12.79 Cr. DASPL, previously handling bridge-mounted equipment at IGI Airport, is non-operational post its concession period. Bird Flight Services, which already owns 25% in DASPL and provides ground handling services at the airport, increases its holding through this deal. The sale is not a related party transaction and does not affect promoter interests.
