Veranda Learning Solutions Limited — Board Meeting, 17-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Veranda Learning Solutions has announced a board meeting on May 17, approving a Rs. 500 Cr QIP to boost growth and increasing authorized share capital from Rs. 100 Cr to Rs. 110 Cr. The company is acquiring a 10.59% stake in BB Publication, strengthening its presence in the online CA/CMA coaching segment, where BB posted Rs. 53.94 Cr in revenue. Veranda will also buy the remaining 24.14% in its subsidiary VALSPL by issuing shares worth about Rs. 47.5 Cr. An EGM will follow for shareholder approval.
