J.G. Chemicals has announced a board meeting on which it approved the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue hit ₹84.79 Cr for the quarter and ₹667.69 Cr for the year, with net profit at ₹15.91 Cr quarterly and ₹66.76 Cr annually. The board also reappointed M/s K. Arun & Co. as Secretarial Auditor till 2030. The company is continuing to use IPO funds mainly for subsidiary investments and working capital, with a sizable portion kept in term deposits as unutilized cash.
