SHRI BALAJI VALVE COMPONENTS LIMITED has announced a board meeting on 24th May 2024 to approve the half-yearly and annual auditor’s reports along with the audited financial statements for FY 2024-25. The board will also consider appointing M/s JSG And Company, Pune, as the internal auditor for FY 2025-26 and discuss the constitution of the Executive Committee of the Board. The company's trading window remains closed from 1st April 2025 and will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
