Bhageria Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 17-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Bhageria Industries has announced a board meeting on its consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue jumped to Rs. 594.61 Cr from Rs. 494.33 Cr, while profit before tax more than doubled to Rs. 54.18 Cr. Net profit nearly doubled to Rs. 38.69 Cr. The Board proposes a 30% dividend (Rs. 1.50/share). New auditor appointments include GMJ & Associates (Secretarial), Kamal Dhanuka & Co (Internal), and K V M & Co (Cost) from FY 2025-26. The Chemicals segment drives growth, with Solar Power contributing and Pharma still reporting losses.
