Vision Infra Equipment Solutions has announced a board meeting on May 24 to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. For FY25, consolidated revenue rose to ₹455 Cr from ₹357 Cr, fueled by strong growth in rental services and trading/refurbishment. Profit before tax reached ₹48.6 Cr, with net profit at ₹19.5 Cr, showing margin improvement despite higher finance costs. The IPO funds have been fully utilized for equipment, working capital, and corporate needs. CA Pratik Bhalgat was reappointed as internal auditor for FY26.
