Precision Wires India announced the financial results for the quarter and half-year along with a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per share, offering shareholders a direct return payable within 30 days of the AGM. The company secured a Rs. 125 Cr term loan from HDFC Bank to boost winding wire capacity to around 61,000 MT/year. Shareholders will also consider a preferential allotment of 13.83 lakh equity shares and 27.67 lakh convertible warrants to non-promoter investors, supporting growth plans.
