Zen Technologies Limited — Board Meeting, 17-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Zen Technologies has announced a board meeting on August 23, 2025, to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board approved audited consolidated FY 2024-25 results, reporting revenue of Rs. 1,032 Cr and net profit of Rs. 299.33 Cr, nearly doubling both year-on-year. A final dividend of Rs. 2 per share (200%) is proposed. Strategic moves include acquiring Applied Research International Pvt Ltd and ARI Labs, plus investments of Rs. 127.5 Cr and Rs. 25 Cr in Vector Technics. The company also pumped USD 10 million (Rs. 86.86 Cr) into its US subsidiary to boost North American growth. New auditors for FY 2025-26 have been onboarded.
