Arrow Greentech Limited — Board Meeting, 17-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Arrow Greentech has announced a board meeting on approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue surged to ₹248.51 Cr from ₹151.11 Cr last year, pushing profit after tax to ₹63.01 Cr, more than doubling from ₹29.33 Cr. EPS came in at ₹41.83. The board proposed a final dividend of ₹4 per share, subject to shareholder approval. Hightech Products led growth with ₹219.07 Cr revenue and ₹90.3 Cr profit. M/s Rajendra & Co. were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years to enhance compliance.
