Zen Technologies has announced a board meeting on August 23, 2025, to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The record date for the 32nd Annual General Meeting and entitlement to the final dividend of Rs. 2 per share (200%) is August 15, 2025. The company has acquired Applied Research International, ARI Labs, Vector Technics, and Bhairav Robotics, alongside a US$10 million investment in its US subsidiary. New auditors for FY 2025-26 have also been appointed.
