Krishanveer Forge Limited has announced a board meeting on which approved the audited financial results for the quarter and half-year, with revenue from operations at Rs. 1,982.08 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 8,279.65 lakh for the year. Profit before tax stood at Rs. 196.39 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 758.48 lakh for the year. Earnings per share were Rs. 1.32 quarterly and Rs. 5.15 yearly. The Board has proposed a final dividend of 25% (Rs. 2.50 per share) subject to shareholder approval. M/s Satish & Satish have been approved for appointment as Secretarial Auditors for five years. The Board also revised its Insider Trading Policy. The statutory auditor gave an unmodified opinion on the financials, confirming a healthy operational and financial position.
