Data Patterns (India) Limited — Board Meeting, 17-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Data Patterns has announced a board meeting on May 17, 2025, approving audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue stood at Rs 708.35 Cr with net profit rising sharply to Rs 221.81 Cr from Rs 181.69 Cr last year. EPS came in at Rs 39.62. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs 7.90 per share.
