Banco Products (India) Ltd. has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for FY25, with auditors giving a clean opinion. Consolidated revenue was Rs. 3,25,554 lakhs and net profit stood at Rs. 40,867 lakhs. No final dividend was declared. Leadership saw key additions with Mr. Venkata Ranganath Kumar Sarni appointed as Whole-Time Director and Mr. Sachin Jayantilal Kotak as CFO, each bringing over 20 years of experience. The board also approved a postal ballot for upcoming shareholder decisions.
