Prima Plastics Limited has announced that its subsidiary, Prima Union Plasticos S.A. in Guatemala, has declared a dividend. Prima Plastics, owning 90% of the subsidiary, is entitled to a gross dividend of USD 900,000 (Quetzal 6,903,945). This inflow supports Prima Plastics’ cash position and reflects profitability at the subsidiary level, benefiting the parent company’s shareholders.
