Prime Fresh Limited has announced a board meeting on 17.05.2025 to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 206.77 Cr and net profit of Rs. 9.12 Cr for the year, compared to Rs. 149.21 Cr and Rs. 6.97 Cr respectively last year. Standalone revenue stood at Rs. 195.80 Cr with net profit of Rs. 8.86 Cr. The Board approved a 5% dividend per share. The company incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, granted 77,300 ESOPs, and received stock exchange approvals for migration from SME to the Main Board and for its Employee Stock Option Plan 2024. It also issued 9.6 lakh warrants to promoters, pending approval. The statutory auditor gave an unqualified opinion.
