Saraswati Commercial India Ltd — Updates, 17-05-2025: Company Update

Saraswati Commercial (India) Ltd. has announced a board meeting to consider investment in Precision Wires India Ltd (PWIL) via a preferential issue. The company will acquire 10 lakh equity shares and 20 lakh fully convertible warrants of PWIL at Rs. 151 per share/warrant, totaling Rs. 45.3 Cr in cash. This will increase Saraswati’s holding in PWIL from 0.15% to 1.78% on a diluted basis. PWIL manufactures copper winding wires and related products for electrical and electronics industries, with a turnover of Rs. 4,01,483.14 lakh in FY25. This aligns with Saraswati’s business as a financial investor.
