Banco Products (India) Ltd. has announced a board meeting on approval of the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Board approved the standalone and consolidated audited results for the year ended March 31, 2025, with unmodified auditor opinions. No final dividend has been declared for the year. Mr. Venkata Ranganath Kumar Sarni was appointed as Additional Director and Whole-Time Director (KMP) for three years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Sachin Jayantilal Kotak was appointed as Chief Financial Officer. The Board also approved a postal ballot notice enabling remote e-voting.
