Premier Energies Limited — Updates, 17-05-2025: Press Release

Premier Energies has formed a joint venture with Nuevosol Energy to set up a 36,000 MT/year aluminium extrusion and anodizing plant in Telangana for solar module components. The plant, expected to start commercial operations by FY27, strengthens Premier’s vertical integration and supply chain control, reducing import reliance and boosting domestic solar manufacturing capacity aligned with India’s renewable energy growth. Premier holds the majority stake in the JV.
