Roto Pumps has announced a board meeting on May 17 where it approved the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue rose to ₹297.94 Cr from ₹274.50 Cr, while net profit declined to ₹33.67 Cr from ₹39.42 Cr. EPS stood at ₹5.36. The Board approved a final dividend of ₹0.80 per share and proposed a 1:1 bonus share issue. Growth was supported by steady operations across subsidiaries in the US, Germany, Dubai, and Singapore.
