Brahmaputra Infrastructure Ltd. has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company reported standalone revenue of ₹247.14 Cr for the year, up 11.78% YoY, with profit before tax rising 67% to ₹31.80 Cr and PAT increasing 74% to ₹29.89 Cr. EPC division revenue grew 11.5% to ₹224.11 Cr, contributing ₹12.15 Cr to profits, while real estate and other income rose 14.3%, generating ₹19.64 Cr in profits. The company’s order book stands at approx. ₹1,150 Cr. Net sustainable debt reduced to ₹127.08 Cr. The consortium lenders hold interest-free OCCPS of ₹165.15 Cr repayable from mid-2027 to 2034 with no near-term interest burden. Significant receivables include ₹5.44 Cr retention and ₹162.79 Cr under arbitration/claims, mostly considered recoverable by management. The City Centre mall in Guwahati is nearly fully operational with 150+ brands. Major EPC projects include railway tunnels, bridges, roads, and institutional buildings across North and Northeast India. Cash and cash equivalents improved to ₹29.31 Cr.
