Roto Pumps Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 17-05-2025: Record Date

The company has announced a board meeting on July 11, 2025, to fix the record date for a final dividend of ₹0.80 per share (80%) and a bonus issue in a 2:1 ratio, pending shareholder approval. Bonus shares won’t be eligible for the final dividend for FY ending March 31, 2025. Both dividend payout and bonus issue will share the same record date.
