Tube Investments of India reported Q4 FY25 revenue of Rs.1957 Cr, steady YoY, with full-year revenue up 4% at Rs.7893 Cr. PBT before exceptional items was Rs.896 Cr in Q4 and Rs.1544 Cr for FY25. Engineering division revenue of Rs.1229 Cr saw margin pressure from Nasik facility ramp-up, expected to improve in H2 FY26. Metal formed products grew slightly; a Rs.1000 Cr railway contract starting Q4 FY26 should boost margins. Mobility revenue improved to Rs.181 Cr with a profit turnaround; EV operations loss was Rs.107 Cr with EBITDA break-even aimed by FY26. TI Clean Mobility leads with 83% market share in heavy electric trucks, deploying 7,540 vehicles in FY25. Management focused on battery variant investments, microcontroller indigenization, and cautious ~Rs.300 Cr capex, primarily in core and selective segments. Export sales steady at 15% amid short-term uncertainties. Tone is cautiously optimistic on capacity ramp-up, EV break-even, and railway business revival.
