UFLEX Limited — Board Meeting, 17-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

UFLEX has announced a board meeting on May 17, 2025, approving the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue rose to Rs 1503.6 Cr with a PBT of Rs 248.1 Cr. The board declared a dividend of Rs 3 per share. Commercial production has begun at the Pet Chips plant in Egypt. M/s. Mahesh Gupta & Co. was appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, and three independent directors were approved for re-appointment for another five-year term, pending shareholder nod.
