Amber Enterprises has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Consolidated revenue surged to ₹10,046.58 Cr from ₹6,784.58 Cr YoY, while profit before tax nearly doubled to ₹369.96 Cr. EBITDA climbed to ₹836.98 Cr, driven by strong growth in Consumer Durables, Electronics, and Railway & Defense segments. EPS stood at ₹72.01. The company also increased stakes in subsidiaries IL JIN and Ever Electronics, expanded joint ventures, and is pursuing a merger with AmberPR Technoplast to boost scale and capabilities.
