UFLEX Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, along with a proposed dividend of Rs. 3 per share (30%) pending shareholder approval. Consolidated revenue grew to Rs. 1503.61 Cr from Rs. 1336.36 Cr, with net profit after tax rising to Rs. 142.32 Cr from a loss of Rs. 690.99 Cr last year, aided by exceptional forex gains. Standalone revenue and net profit also improved. The company started commercial operations of its PET chips plant in Egypt. UFLEX is contesting income tax demands of Rs. 288.90 Cr but expects no significant additional liability. Independent Directors were re-appointed, and a new Secretarial Auditor was appointed, both subject to approval.
