Zen Technologies Limited — Board Meeting, 17-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Zen Technologies has announced a board meeting on May 17, approving consolidated financial results for FY24-25 with revenues of ₹1,032 Cr and net profit of ₹299 Cr, almost doubling last year’s profit. A final dividend of ₹2 per share has been approved. The company is expanding aggressively through acquisitions, including 100% of Applied Research International and ARI Labs, 51% of Vector Technics, 45.33% of Bhairav Robotics, plus a $10 million (₹86.86 Cr) investment to boost US operations. New auditors have been appointed for FY25-26. The 32nd AGM is set for August 23.
