Amber Enterprises has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY25 revenue rose 48% to ₹9,973 Cr, with operating EBITDA up 53% at ₹796 Cr and PAT jumping 80% to ₹251 Cr. Consumer Durables and Electronics divisions drove strong revenue growth of 46% and 77%, respectively. RoCE improved to 19.5%, backed by ₹711 Cr cash flow and efficient working capital. Strategic JVs and new facilities in PCB, railway, and defense segments position the company for future expansion.
