Premier Energies Limited — Board Meeting, 17-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Premier Energies has announced a board meeting on May 17, 2025, approving audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue surged to ₹651.87 Cr from ₹314.38 Cr, pushing consolidated PBT sharply higher to ₹1,239.97 Cr versus ₹289.37 Cr last year. A final dividend of ₹0.50 per share has been proposed. The company appointed Mr. Vinay Rustagi as Chief Business Officer and plans to expand with 0.8 GW and 1.6 GW Solar PV Topcon manufacturing plants in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. It also formed a subsidiary for Battery Energy Storage Systems and entered joint ventures for aluminum frames and solar wafer manufacturing.
