Premier Energies Limited — Important, 18-05-2025: Agreements

Premier Energies Limited has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. It formed a JV with Nuevosol Energy Pvt Ltd, creating Premier-Green Aluminium Pvt Ltd to manufacture aluminum frames for solar PV modules. PEL holds 80% equity, Nuevosol 20%. The JV plans a modern facility to improve supply chain control and meet domestic solar sector demand. The JV board includes five directors, with PEL appointing four and Nuevosol one.
