Tata Steel has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY2025 saw record crude steel production of ~21.7 million tons and deliveries of ~20.9 million tons, led by India’s strong 21% EBITDA margin. Consolidated EBITDA grew 10% YoY to Rs. 25,802 Cr, despite pricing pressures, with net debt down Rs. 6,200 Cr. Management targets Rs. 11,500 Cr in cost savings for FY2026 and capex of ~Rs. 15,000 Cr focused on Indian expansion and European decarbonisation.
