Sonata Software has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The acquisition agreement for Quant Systems Inc., a Texas-based data analytics and cloud firm with $37 million turnover in CY22, has been revised to defer payments and add performance-linked earn-outs over three years. This deal strengthens Sonata’s digital engineering, cloud, Salesforce, and healthcare capabilities, expanding its client base and service portfolio.
