Zodiac Energy Limited — Important, 19-05-2025: General Updates

Zodiac Energy has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. FY25 revenue jumped 85.5% YoY to INR 408 Cr, backed by a 320% surge in order book to INR 461 Cr. EBITDA grew 95.3% to INR 37 Cr (9.1% margin) and PAT rose 82% to INR 20 Cr. The company commissioned 55 C&I projects plus a 4 MW solar plant in Zambia, expanding in Africa. It’s ramping up ground-mounted solar and battery storage, eyeing MENA exports for growth.
