Siddhika Coatings Limited — Board Meeting, 19-05-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Siddhika Coatings has announced a board meeting on which it approved the audited consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company posted full-year revenue of Rs 38.07 Cr with a profit before tax of Rs 11.24 Cr and net profit of Rs 11.23 Cr. A final dividend of Rs 3.30 per share was declared, pending shareholder approval. The auditors gave a clean opinion. Operating entirely in the paint segment, Siddhika also issued 30.89 lakh bonus shares during the year.
