The company reported a strong net profit of ₹7.44 Cr for the year, nearly doubling from ₹3.74 Cr, driven by revenue growth to ₹99.50 Cr from ₹71.88 Cr. Rising employee and other costs were balanced by better operational efficiency. The board approved forming two wholly owned subsidiaries—one in India for equipment leasing and another in Canada for IT consulting—to boost expansion. IPO proceeds were fully utilized for debt repayment, working capital, and corporate needs.
